Brief Answer:
Anemia
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
It means that your husband has anemia. It can be many reasons but the two main reasons being iron deficiency and thalassemia. Detailed investigations should be done to find the cause, since iron deficiency is not very common in males. The starting tests can include blood iron studies, vitamin B12 and folic acid levels and peripheral blood smear.
If he is found to be having iron deficiency, iron supplements like syrup dexorange can be given.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
