No need for neopeptine
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to health care magic
Vomiting and stomach ache indicates that your child might have a gastritis which can be because of
A) viral which is most common.
B) antibiotics induced
C) food poisoning.
Whatever may be the reason, don't give neopeptine.
It doesn't help.
You can give enterogermina twice a day which I usually give for such patients iny clinic.
Also give him oral electrolyte solution like electral 100ml after each vomiting.
Ondansetron syrup 3ml before food is usually prescribed to prevent further vomiting.
I usually prescribe sucralfaye syrup 5ml thrive daily before food to reduce gas.
Wishing your child speedy recovery.

Thanks for the response... Would enterogermina cause constipation? i don't want that to happen. Also, would enterogermina help in increasing his appetite...He is a good-eater (touchwood!!!) and I don't want him to forego that habit. Over the past three days, he haven't vomited but is not eating well...
Brief Answer:
No constipation.
Detailed Answer:
Enterogermina will not cause constipation .
It's a probiotic which helps in digestion.
By improving digestion it will increase appetite too.
His appetite will definitely improve once he recovers. No need for additional appetizers.
