What Causes Atrial Fibrillation?
Question: electrocal impulses are in the heart area ...also impulses also come to my legs and actually can be strohg but also can feel weak. i do not have any sign in my arms. I am a heart patient in cardiac care. I have been in A-fib but I am catorized as a flip-flop. circulation problems. have had venial oblation in boeth legs.

If A-fib is not present, but there is a strong suspicion on its intermittent presence, probably an ambulatory ECG monitoring would be helpful.
Coming to this point, and facing to the fact you have experienced a prior stroke, it would be highly recommended to see the possibility to start an efficient anticoagulation therapy (if contraindications are absent). You have to talk with your attending doctor on that issue.
A comprehensive therapy modulation may be necessary to optimize your hemodynamic status, and thus preventing any arrhythmia triggerings. Your actual clinical status coupled with cardiac echo conclusions would help for this purpose.
Could you please send an echo report, to be more specific about those three leaking heart valves (to judge about its severity, and any possible important implications on blood circulation)??
You also need to define the actual situation of your lower limb blood circulation. A careful physical exam and eventual Doppler vessels ultrasound would reveal any newly appearing events.
