What Causes Baby Colic In An Infant While Putting To Sleep?
Question: hi, my son is 7 months old now. from last two days, he is crying a lot to sleep. is there anything we need to worry or it is normal during this time. he will start crying only when we try to comfort him for sleeping. all other time, he is normal and active. please advice.

As it's just since past 2 days, and only during trying to put to sleep, nothing to worry as of now..
7 month is an important age for brain development in babies, and it's expected as they go through this phase(in some babies it can last even for few months)..
Another possibility is teething,which is a painful situation for the baby, which you can easily find out yourself, but if unable to find out yourself, take the baby to your pediatrician who'll check for it..
Don't force him to sleep, instead be watchful and keep him under supervision, he should be fine..
Nothing to worry about as of now, but if the crying spell increases, gets persistent in other timings also, any fever, irritability, lack of eating etc. then don't wait anymore and take the baby to your pediatrician immediately for a clinical check-up..
