What Causes Back Bain And Burning Sensation In Abdomen Below The Right Rib ?

Question: Ive been having pain in my back near my right shoulder blade and burning mild sensation in my abdomen below my right rib cage. However, the back pain is much worse than my abdomen pain as that comes and goes. The back usually only lasts a day. When i go to bed it bothers me, but the next morning it is fine.
I went to the ER Monday morning (this episode started on Sunday) i woke up at 5am in pain. The dr said he didnt think it wa galbladder related because the pain was worse in my back. He did an xray and everything was fine.
It went away today (last night) abd it started to return again.

Hi there,
I have gone through your medical history and your symptoms might be related to gallbladder. Please bare in mind that the symptoms of gallbladder problems are not the same for all the patients; it might vary from one case to another.
I suggest to run :
- abdominal ultrasound
- some blood works
- upper endoscopy
in order to determine the right diagnosis. Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.
Hope it helped! Do write me back if you have more queries!
