What Causes Back Pain After C-section Delivery?
I am 37 year old and recently delivered a baby boy of 3 months old. I have a daughter of 3 year old. Both delivery were with c' section. and I had my family planning operation also this time. from past few days I am getting back pain, which is mild. could you please advise me any medication or nutrition plan through which I can avoid the pain.

I can understand your concern, though.
As you held two previous C-section and having two small children it is quite common to have back pain due to over exertion and irregular diet.
Please stick to these advices it is helpful-
-Maintain proper posture during breast feeding and sleeping.
-Consume a good amount of milk and milk product in your diet. Curd is also really helpful.
-Take iron and calcium supplements.
-Consume a diet rich in protein along with lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grain cereals, XXXXXXX with frequent interval.
-Do some light workout and yoga for the back muscle
-Walking is also a good choice
-Do not move up any heavy weight
-Hot fomentation is also helpful
-If pain is very severe then you can take painkillers after consulting your physician.
-Get proper rest, do not stand for a long time.
