Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern, though.

As you held two previous C-section and having two small children it is quite common to have back pain due to over exertion and irregular diet.

Please stick to these advices it is helpful-

-Maintain proper posture during breast feeding and sleeping.
-Consume a good amount of milk and milk product in your diet. Curd is also really helpful.
-Take iron and calcium supplements.
-Consume a diet rich in protein along with lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grain cereals, XXXXXXX with frequent interval.
-Do some light workout and yoga for the back muscle
-Walking is also a good choice
-Do not move up any heavy weight
-Hot fomentation is also helpful
-If pain is very severe then you can take painkillers after consulting your physician.
-Get proper rest, do not stand for a long time.

Hope it is helpful, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.
