What Causes Back Pain After Sitting For Long Hours?

Question: Hello Doctor, thanks a lot for your care and concern.
I am doing good after following your advice, however I still feel a bit of unease/stress in the same area near my spinal cord when sitting at a length during office hours. Is this normal or do I need to take some medication?

Brief Answer:
physiotherapy will help you a lot.....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank for your query on hcm.
I read your message. Lack of exercise, Sitting for long hours can lead to low back
ache.
Try to do back muscle core strengthening exercises like Pilate crunches, bridging, extensions etc.
You can also try physiotherapy modalities like heat application, ultrasound therapy which are really useful in your case. I read your previous query also.
Avoid pain killers, instead take Tab ULTRACET if pain is severe, but these medication is available only with doctor's prescription.
Get back to me if any query.
