What Causes Back Pain And Discomfort While Sitting?

Question: Hi,
I got a positive pregnancy test, on 11/2/14. I tested the day before an it was negative but on 12/2/14 it was very very faint. On 12/2/14 I test with a FRER which goes as low as 25. I have had back pain, no cramping, no bleeding, nothing sever, just uncomfortable mainly when sitting. I had an ultrasound done today 12/7/14 and they could not see anything on the ultrasound other then a thick lining, I also had by levels checked and they were at 360. Does this seem like a miscarriage? The doctors seemed concerned, this is my third pregnancy and I was never tested this early in my prior pregnancy? Is it possible I implanted late so I am not truly 5 weeks pregnant? LMP was 11/1/14.
Correct Positive pregnancy test was 12/2/14. Negative on 12/1/14.

Brief Answer:
Miscarriage not likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
It is right now too early to detect a sac in the uterus. Since your HCG levels are rising, this seems to be a viable pregnancy. You need not worry. You can get another scan done after a week. A gestational sac will become visible by then.
Late implantation is a possibility but it is not a miscarriage.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
