Need more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Welcome to healthcare magic. I understand your concern.
In my opinion as you have got the periods there might be no chance for pregnancy. But ultrasound might be helpful to confirm.
But before going to further discussion, I need to know-
1) Are your cycles regular till now?
2) When was your last period?
3) Have you used condom during intercourse?
4) Any urinary symptoms or other symptoms?
5) Was the bleeding during this period usual or abnormal?
6) Do you still have spotting?
Kindly provide me the information before going to discussion.
Best regards...Dr.srilatha

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound might confirm the diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I got your information. I am sorry for your condition. I am happy to know that your cycles are regular.
In my opinion your symptoms might suggest following scenarios:-
1) Might be pelvic infection.
2) Might be urinary tract infection (UTI):-It is routinely seen in newly married. Urination and Washing the genitals (both partners) before and after intercourse is helpful.
2) do a urine pregnancy test .If it is positive then there might be the chance for abortion. Of course this is a rare possibility because you have done sex in safe period and also used condom. And more over the period was normal and no delay.
So consult a doctor as you might need a urine examination to rule out UTI and ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis.
Don’t worry it’s not a big problem to be worried. Take fluids up to 2 to 3 liters.
Coconut water is also helpful. And Paracetamol tablet for pain.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.

Brief Answer:
kindly go for USG examination
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.
I understand your concern.
In my opinion this might not cause any problem in future.
It is good that you got relief with paracetamol. But cause for recurrent pain and spotting must be found out .
This can be known by ultrasound(USG).So I suggest you to get it done.If the ultrasound and urine examination shows normal report mostly the cause might be stress or muscular origin.
Don't worry, urination and washing the genitals by both partners before and after intercourse help in preventing the infections.
Hope this satisfies your query.
