Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through hem. There could be a number of causes for your symptoms which can be rued out by performing some investigations like ultrasound abdomen, ECG, CBC, stool & urine examination. Most probable causes can be:
1. Acid peptic disease:
Ulcer in stomach can cause pain, gas & burning cough. Also if ulcer bleeds then it makes stool dark colored.
2. Cholelithiasis(stones in gall bladder)
It causes pain in abdomen radiating to back. It can be confirmed by undergoing ultrasound abdomen.
3. Muscular Spasm:
A muscular spam can result in pain on back. It has high probability as you have history of trauma on back as well.
4. Maldigestion:
Sometimes person's body does not digest some particular food properly resulting in maldigestion. It results in bloating & pain.
5. Heart Pathology:
It can be ruled out on ECG.
If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised you above mentioned tests including blood sugar levels. Meanwhile for temporary relief i would have advised:
> ibuprofen twice a day for pain
> high fiber diet including fresh fruits & juices to avoid constipation.
> SIMETHICONE which comes under different brand name like Mi-Acid Gas Relief. It is an OTC medicine for gas.
> take hot water in a rubber bottle & place it at the site of pain in leisure time. It will give soothing effect.
Conclusion:
> Could be maldigestion & muscular spasm for which relief should occur in 2-3 days.
> Increased urination with lethargy needs evaluation(on priority) to rule out diabetes & Urinary tract infection for which you need to visit hospital.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
