Brief Answer:
Spinal Anesthesia is not a reason for pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Back pain after a long gap of so many months is not due to spinal anesthesia. There could be other cause of pain.

Let me know if her weight has increased a lot. This could be one of reasons for pain.

Has she worked more? exercised ? These could be other reasons for pain.

Spinal anesthesia is not a reason for pain.

Brief Answer:
Walking and diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

She can take Any pain relief medicines available over the counter.

She needs to walk daily for about 30 minutes and have a balanced diet low in calories, sugar and oil.

This should help to stabilize weight and strengthen body muscles.
