Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Have you had a period since the 19th of April ?
What date did you take the pregnancy test - also was it a blood or a urine home pregnancy test ?
What is your height and weight ?
WHen was your latest TSH ( thyroid test ) measured ?
Have you ever had a delayed / irregular period like this ?
Are any of these factors present in your case - anxiety, stress, weight gain or loss, unaccustomed exercise , erratic eating or sleeping habits, ingestion of birth control or hormonal medications, travelling, etc ?
Also, did you suspect ovulation just by the spot, or was it confirmed by ultrasound scan also ?
Please do provide these details, so that I can guide you accordingly.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Well, all the workup is done at your end.
Just what remains is a transvaginal ultrasound scan for the pelvis.
Please get that done.
If conditions like polycystic ovaries, endometrial hyperplasia, polyp etc exist, they would be picked up.
Generally, once in a while, such disturbance occurs due to mild hormonal disturbances.
The lining of the uterus ( endometrium ) would then be seen as thickened on the scan, and you can take progesterone withdrawal tablets to induce your period after the scan.
Take care.
