Brief Answer:
UTI can be confirmed after doing urine culture.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Routine urine test cannot detect,if few bacteria is significant or not.
To diagnose UTI or urinary infection,an urine culture is mandatory.
So the next test to do is, urine culture of a mid stream urine sample.
If that's normal, there's nothing to worry.
You can send the report here, for an expert opinion.

Ensure both of you, drink about 8-10 glasses fluids daily.
Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
UTI is present.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

The culture report does show active UTI. The drug sensitivity report is not sent.
A very effective drug to cure this is Ciprofloxacin, taken twice daily, for a week.

Drink 8-10 glasses of liquids daily.
Wishing her well.
