Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You can acquire bacterial vaginosis (BV) by change in normal bacterial flora and PH of vagina. It is not an STD. You can get this after antibiotic therapy which can destroy normal vaginal flora. You can also get this from anal side.
Using vaginal tabs containing Metronidazole or Clindamycin with Clotrimazole is helpful to clear this.
You can also use intimate wash daily to normalize your vaginal bacterial flora and PH.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
