What Causes Bad Odor From Penis Post Masturbation?
Question: WHY DOES MY PENIS SMELL? I NOTICE IT ALL THE TIME ESPECIALLY AFTER MASTURBATING. IT'S GOTTEN WORSE THE LAST 2 OR 3 WEEKS FOR SURE. I JUST STARTED TAKING A TINCTURE TO KILL PARASITES AND A DETOX TEA TINCTURE. COULD IT BE RELATED?

Smell from penis most common one st cause is fungal infection. Local application of tincture benzoin or detox is not recommended for application over penis.

1. Since how long have you noticed smell ?
2. Is there associated discharge?
3. Do you any urinary complaints like increased frequency of urination or burning sensation while passing urine?
4. Are you circumcised?

I HAVE NOTICED THE SMELL FOR A FEW YEARS. IT HAS GOTTEN MORE NOTICEABLE THE LAST 2 OR 3 WEEKS. I AM CIRCUMCISED. I HAVE NO PAIN OR DISCHARGE. MY URINE STREAM HAS BEEN WEAK FOR MANY YEARS. Poor urine stream is due to Benign prostate hypertrophy

Dear Sir,
Weak urine stream is most likley to be due to Benign hypertrophy of prostate and is not related to either alcohol intake or Penis problem. Instead of using tincture as colon cleanse, I would suggest the following
1. Ensure good intake of water: 2-3 litre a day. Water is best and natural way of cleansing colon
2. High fibre diet: 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruits will ensure adequate intake of fibre in diet.
Apart from fungal infection there could be many other causes for foul smell from penis
1. Tight clothing/underwear
2. Wearing underwear made from synthetic cloth
3. Excessive sweating and presence of hairs around penis
If there is no itching or any redness/white patch over head of penis , then its unlikley to be fungal infection. I would suggest the following
1. Wear loose cotton undergarments
2. keep the private parts clean and dry
3. Shover twice a day
4. use antifungal dusting powder twice a day after shower
