What Causes Bad Vaginal Odor And Brownish Vaginal Discharge?

Question: i have four kids and they were all c sections my last one was back in 2014 at the same time i had tubal ligation.i started having twice a month period this year last january. and if im not on my period i have this bad vaginal odor with brown looking discharge

I dont have insurance right now is there any type of medicine i can take? And also for vaginal odor? I use panty liners all the time and also femine wash. No intercuorse for two months now.
