It started gradually with a noise on my left ear it was like an ultrasound noise. I was
treated by an ENT Doctor who referred me to a myo facial therapist for issues with my jaw, my jaw was getting stuck and I had to hit the right side of my face then my jaw popped up and I was able to chew. The ultrasound noise is not a problem any more my jaw is not a problem either. Is just vertigos, headaches and the pressure on both eyes I am presently under medication to reduce the pressure on my eyes LOTOMAX. My eyes cant tolerate any light even day light bothers me. I DO NOT HAVE ANY HEARING LOSS. DIABETES ITS BEEN RULED OUT. THERES NO THYROID PROBLEMS AT ALL. BLOOD WORK ITS BEEN ALL NORMAL. I DONT SMOKE AND NEVER DRINK ALCOHOL.

Brief Answer:
Neurological examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

Vertigo and imbalance can be due to ear related as well as neurological causes.
In presence of associated headache and pressure behind both eyes, this imbalance and vertigo-needs to undergo a neurological examination to look for any abnormality.Besides,it can be just primary headache syndrome like migraine, especially considering your sensitivity to light.Migraine can present with imbalance as well.

I think it is in your best interest if you visit a neurologist for a physical examination.Neurological examination, can guide the investigations,if required.

Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Dr.Ajay Panwar,
