Question : 69 years old, have curved penis after turp. What is the procedure to correct the problem

You may have Peyronie's disease. I would suggest going back to the urologist who did your TURP and he may suggest possible treatment. For the bent penis plaques can be removed to straighten the penis and plication procedure to ensure correct erection is usually done.
