What Causes Bile Like Mucus In Stool?

Get a SeHCAT test performed. Try Coleselevam. It's a good option.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
1. Bile in stool, particularly if the stool is diarrheal in origin, suggests problems of the gut, also called as your gastro-intestinal tract. Many conditions cause bile excretion, these include Chronic Pancreatitis, surgical operations and Crohn's disease.
2. You might want to try these medications, cholestyramine; colestipol or nowadays as is frequently used, there is another drug called as colesevelam. The last mentioned drug is very easy to tolerate as compared to the first two. These are your options.
3. I would not rush to make a diagnosis of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), though.
4. Kindly get a SeHCat test performed, we need this to determine the actual conditions that are obtaining.
I would kindly like your opinion on your options.
