Mint, prilosec, sucralfate

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani and I am pleased to assist you.
The bitter taste in mouth after gallbladder surgery could be due to either a bile reflux or a side effect of medication.
The simplest thing that can be done for getting relief is taking MINT. It will remove the bitter taste.
Along with it you can consider taking prilosec and sucralfate to treat bile reflux which might be contributing to the bitter taste.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.Barani
