Brief Answer:
Everything is fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Thank You for choosing healthcare magic.

The back compartment of the eye contains vitreous humor. As we are getting older some parts of the vitreous humor like collagen fibers tend to clump and cast shadows on your retina. This is called eye floaters and especially you can see this black dots when looking at something bright.

In most cases they do not cause any problems ( however can be annoying) and don't require treatment. You should ignore them. You can move them away from your visual field by moving your eyes.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
