Thank you for responding/ I do not have iPhone etc. and did not receive it.
No pain, no difficulty urinating or pain, lump was bigger. I thought it was a lot like a hemroid so this afternoon I put the hemroid cream on it and it shrunk and bled just as hemroids sometimes do. It looks like there is another tiny one next to it. It is not bothering me at all now. What would you advise me to do?

Brief Answer:
Consult a doctor.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to hear from you all again.
Sorry for my delayed response as well.
I have worked through your symptoms and in my opinion, it is better do not treat it by yourself, you should consult a gynecologist and get your examination and investigation done to rule out the cause.
Your physician will do colposcopy along with a biopsy of the lump.
At your age any growth needs a biopsy to rule out malignancy first, if it is not there, then we should consider other non-cancerous causes of your problem like warts, infection of the hair follicle and sebaceous gland, STD (if you are sexually active) and trauma due to itching (vaginal dryness common at your age)
Hope it is found helpful to you, feel free to discuss more.
Good luck.

Dr. Richa
