What Causes Black Spot In The Lower Part Of Nose?
Septal perforation or concavity due to septal deviation...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting the query. I do understand your concern, I'll try my best to help you with this problem.
The black spot could be either a perforated septum secondary to snorting or a concavity formed in the nasal septum secondary to septal deviation.
If you could kindly post me an image of the same, I can help you in a better way.
Secondly, cancer of the nose presents with copious nasal bleed, headache, mass in the nose, swellings in the neck, etc.
I doubt any cancer in your case.
Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
