Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query.

Bleeding in the upper portion of your digestive system can cause black, tarry stools. Ulcers or another form of irritation in your esophagus or stomach known as gastritis can cause bleeding. When the blood mixes with digestive fluids, it takes on the appearance of tar.Black stools usually results from digested blood, which means bleeding somewhere in the GI tract You can also get black stools from certain medications and iron supplements.

Firstly we have to be sure that black colored stool is blood or not for that a test called stool for occult blood should be done.If the test is positive it means that color of stool is black due to blood.

Second thing is to relieve you from constipation and excessive straining for that suggestions are-
Tajke 10 ml of laxative lactulose daily before going to bed.
- take two tea spoon (or one big spoon) isphagula husk with 200 to 300 mL water
- increase warm water( atleast 8 glass/day) intake
- do not drink water during and after meals
- eat small meals (rich in fiber)
- eat plentiful "fresh oranges" and "pear "
- avoid COLD milk and and AVOID junk food(NO burger , pizza-even if its veg.) altogether
- mix few drops of "lemon juice" in warm water. Drink on empty stomach, early in the morning, to aid in bowel movement
- avoid beverages / alcohol/ soft drinks
- do some exercise (push-ups / squats etc) early in the morning
- avoid carbonated drinks
- take 2-3 spoon edible virgin olive oil in the morning.

For belly ache take an antispasmodic like Dicyclomine 10mg three times a day. This will relieve the spasm in intestines.See when you are constipated your brain directs your intestines to move fast with jerks so to push stools forward. However this can led to severe spasms causing inflammation.

All these entities are related to each other as constipation is relieved intestines would be normal again hence spasm will go away.
