Question: My 7.5 month old daughter has had black tarry stool the last 2 days. She has been taking ibuprofen for her tooth aches. Should I be concerned??

Ibuprofen can cause gastritis. This could result in minor bleeds which could cause black tarry stools.
I suggest you to stop ibuprofen.
For pain you can give Acetaminophen.
That is safe though not powerful painkiller like ibuprofen.
Don't worry, stools will normalise soon.
If not improving consult your pediatrician.
