I've noticed some blackheads around my anus. I had a Pap smear a month ago and the doctor did not mention anything. I've been to the doctor this orning and she said that they are probably balckheads, but that I need to see a dermatologist to confirm. They are not painful, I never look in that area, I did this morning after I had a bowe movement and washed. I am worried.

How could this have happened ?
I only wear white cotton undergarnments, always washed with hot soap and a little cholorine.
Is it because of the long sitting hours that my job requires ?
I exercice 2 times a week for one hour. I eat well I am not overweight and kind of old (47 yrs) for comedons.
What can I do ? Can these be removed ?
Is it cancer ?
I am very worried.

It Is not wart.
Just relax you are safe.
These are just blocked sebaceous glands or in other words comedones.
These will slowly regress on their own.
There is nothing to worry.
