Brief Answer:
Please, what are your symptoms!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you s much for this query.
I have reviewed your information fully. However, it is unlikely to get a bladder infection from massage. I recommend that you list all the symptoms to me for independent analysis and diagnosis. I am not surprised these tests are negative and I have a strong feeling that your disease may not in any way be related to the massage that you received.
Let me hear from you and will respond promptly. Until then, I wish you well.

Thank you for your answer and fast reply.
Im almost 100% certain that the oil (something in it) on the tip on the penis caused this - progressive discomfort the next day on from the penis first, then to the bladder about a week later. Bladder pain/discomfort then enhanced by spicy foods of any kind. I have no history of bladder problems prior to this.
It feels like its spreading to the stomach area - some days are manageable, some days acute pain.
Is it possible urologist urine tests for bacteria are missing something?

Brief Answer:
They tests definitely are not missing something.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up.
These tests are accurate. I think you might have had a sort of allergy to the oil but this allergic has not caused a germ infection. This is the same reason why the tests are probably negative. They do not test for allergies but germs.
The onset and progression of your symptoms make a skin reaction to this oil very possible. What I recommend at this time is a topical soothing emollient such as Rephresh that can offer some relief. With no visible rash, this will run its course and stop. But before that happens, let’s help you feel comfortable by applying REPHRESH emollient to the affected area.
I hope this helps. Keep me updated with your progress. Until next, I wish you well and a speedy recovery.
