What Causes Bleeding From Anal Area?

Question: about a year ago i had pain during anal sex. about a month after i noticed some bleading and small tears outside the skin (anal area). I figured it would heal. Then it would hurt during large bowel movements and I noticed some bleeding at that time. then it started bothing outside the skin just to wipe. I looked now and the anal area is bruised and I have a red raw skin large area around the anal. I have not been intimate for a year. The rash bothers to walk but no itching. I really do not want to go in person and share this with a doctor. I do have a picture of the area or possible infected area.
No follow up question just attached a picture of the bruise and red anal area.

Brief Answer:
hemorrhoids
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
This is not an infection. This bruises are hemorrhoids - enlarged veins of anal area. Unfortunatelly hemorrhoids can not be cured completely without surgery. But you may try to make them less visible and less painful. To do that please follow this steps:
start OTC suppositories for hemorrhoids
have sitz baths with Oak Bark twice a day for 5 days
wash your anus after every stool
do not push on stool
add probiotic and fiber rich products to yor diet
This should help in a week or so. But it wont make them disappear completely.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
