What Causes Bleeding From Penis During Intercourse?
Question: While sex.., observed blood in inner skin of penis... Still there
Brief Answer:
Keep area clean.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
Kindly don't worry.
Just go and wash the skin with clean water and soap.
Observe if there're any cuts on the foreskin.
If you see any cuts on foreskin, apply betadine ointment.
If you're seeing active bleeding, just apply firm pressure over the bleeding point.
Then after 3 minutes, check for bleeding point.
Maintain good penile hygiene always.
After rough sex, friction does cause cuts over foreskin, which heals with time.
Avoid sex till cuts are completely healed.
Wish you good health.

Uploaded photo of blood clotting in penis... Should i apply betadine ointment
Brief Answer:
Needs an examination of genitalia.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Have seen the photos.
Is this the first time you've noticed this patch.?
On the photos, it looks darker than a blood clot.
My suggestion is to get it examined by an Urologist.
The reason is, examination of the genitalia is needed.
Before visiting the Urologist , do the following tests :
1.Hb,platelets,BT,CT,PT and LFT.
2. VDRL, HIV and HbsAg.
With these reports, the Urologist can have a better idea of your problem.
Also watch, if the patch is increasing in size, causing itching or swelling or a discharge is seen.
You may send the reports to me as well, for a second opinion, after seeing the Urologist.
Wish you well.
