It has only happened twice before, the first time was a month ago and the second time was today. It has happened both times when I have used the bathroom and it is enough for me to notice and the blood is bright in color. I have not felt bloated or constipated prior to it happening, no pain. There may be a little bit of mucus released with it today but not the first time.
Brief Answer:
its better you get few blood test and a colonoscopy
Detailed Answer:
If you dont have pain or its not associated with constipation ,the problem is somewere above the rectum ,so its always better to get a colonoscopy and few blood tests like complete blood count,ESR ,CRP .
This will help us to know or establish the cause for your symptoms.
Till then avoid spicy food , use high fibre diet .
Hope this information help you
