Brief Answer:
need to see dentist or doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Your fever, headache and other symptoms do sound like the flu. Bleeding gums can be a sign of a serious problem so please see your doctor or dentist soon. The bleeding gums may just be some inflammation from your flu but it is best to have a doctor or dentist check it out just to make sure. Good luck and good health.
