What Causes Bleeding Skin Tags Around Anus?

Question: Hello doctor,I have notice some type of growth near the anus and I recently spotted some blood when I wipe it and it's becoming uncomfortable when I wear certain underwear

It could be Sentinel pile.

Hi
As per your description, it looks like a Sentinel pile, a mass which occurs due to Fissure in ano,a crack in the anus .
You should take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and vegetables .Your stool should be soft. Avoid red meat.
If there is no response to the above dietary changes,you should consult your doctor and get examined clinically. You can get it removed surgically under Anaesthesia.

Please follow the dietary measures which I mentioned previously.
In few patients, I noticed regression of the swelling.
I also prescribe Laxative like Lactulose solution to my patients with similar complaints.
