A day or two after cutting myself shaving, I have noticed a one huge blister like forming at the base of my penis and it's almost 1/4 of an inch long. The blister is liquid free, painless, and not itchy. I peeled it off 3 days ago and now its trying to dry up since the new skin is exposed.
I am worried this could be herpes

Its right at the base of the penis
Brief Answer:
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
It does not appear to be herpes based on the images.
Local mupirocin ointment after povidone cleansing for up to a week will help resolve the blister. If it persists or you are worried about an STD despite resolution then you can get STD panel including HSV done to be more certain.

Hello again sir.
I reviewed the image and would like to reassure you that local ointment like polyfax or bactroban (mupirocin ) is all that is required at the moment. Try to keep the area clean and dry. Do not wash it excessively. Shave off the hair gently to minimize chances of irritation or contamination that can lead to a superimposed bacterial infection. When you are able to meet your doctor , you can request the STD panel to be more sure. Till then most likely this ulcerated lesion will have healed.
