What Causes Blisters On The Lips While On Levothyroxine?

Question: I recently had a TSH test and results showed an Elevated TSH [R94.6] - Primary
I definitely have symptoms and was given Levothyroxin 25mcg to take in early morning with water.
I tried 2 days and had severe reactions which left me feeling very wiped out for over a week. I still have verylittle energy. I stopped the med on third day. Suffered a week with blisters on across my lips.
A friend told me about Nature Thyroid. Do you know of any reactions to nature Thyroid.
I do have Fibromyalgia and RA and IBS and take herbal supplements which work well for them over years.

Brief Answer:
Thyroid
Detailed Answer:
Sorry to note your symptoms. I do not follow the TSH result. Do you mean 94.25, because R94.25 is not technically correct. If it is indeed 94.25 then it is quite high. The treatment offered to you is correct. It seems you may have had a reaction to it, which too is extremely uncommon. When I see a patient like you in my practice I advise them to try half a pill of levothyroxine 50 mcg. The reason for this is that the 50 mcg pill is white in color. The other doses come in various colors. The color is a result of XXXXXXX Some people happen to be allergic to the XXXXXXX So if the dye-less color-less tablet works for you that would be great. Whatever you do please run it by your doctor too
