What Causes Blisters On The Neck And Shoulders?

Question: Dear Doctor Since 5 days i am facing skin problem. Yellow colored bristles are seen on my skin on neck and shoulders please provide medicine. I have attached pics please see pic.

I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it's looking like folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicles.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to take tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5 -7 days along with application of mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
