Brief Answer:
Gallstones can be the reason.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the query.
Your symptoms are very nonspecific. Bloating and sore ribs can be caused by gallstones. Especially if the pain is on right side. Lack of apettite can be present as well. Tha pain can radiate to the back.
If the pain is sharp and gets more intense when breathing, rib nerve irritation can be the reason. Rib nerve pain should get better after hot bath and Ibuprofen intake.
I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound to rule out gallstones.
For rib nerve issue you should consult orthopedist.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
