What Causes Bloating And Strong Pain During 6 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 6 weeks pregnant. My last period was the 1st of February 2015. I have had an early scan because I am 38. The doctor told me I was 5 weeks. Blood test perfect and urine test as well. Today when I was peeing and cleaning myself on the toilet paper was a small amount of discharge (size of little finger tip) with brown colour in some areas. Not all. It was not liquid. Also I am feeling my belly Al the time like bloating. I am really scared of this little brown discharge. . No pain but I can feel the belly. And some times I got come pain but no strong. Do I have to worry. I
