What Causes Bloating, Constipation And Obstruction?

Question: I had a friend put a sex toy up my anus while we were messing around. I am very bloated and cannot pass gas or have very little bm. I have taken an enema and Mag. Citrate
and passed liquid but no big stool. I had an xray and it said I was ok. I am still very bloated and cannot have a bm or pass gas. Could I have a twisted bowel? I am very concerned.

It's been over a week. I still cannot have a bm and my stomach is huge and bloated. I cannot pass any gas. I have eaten food all week. Is it possible I have something twisted?? Would the xray show that.

Last Sunday. I had a enema on Wed. and did Citrate mag on Thurs. Had some water come out but not much stool. Stomach area is very full feeling and I cannot pass any gas at all. I had an x-ray on Friday and they said it didn't show anything. My stomach is again all swelled up. I have not had any diarerrah. Can't poop at all without taking the citrate. Please help.
