Brief Answer:
List of causes; but strongly suspecting nutrient deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I understand how you feel and have clearly understood your symptoms, and would like you to know that I urge you to visit a doctor as your symptoms could match any of the following conditions ma'am:

+Nutrient imbalance: Nutrients like vitamin B12 are responsible for nerve health, and with an imbalance in these nutrients there can be nerve pain, pain in regions where the nerve passes, at times numbness, etc.

I would also like to explain a few more things associated to this possibility and why I have placed this on top of my list of most likely causes. Vitamin B12 and iron are both absorbed into the body (blood stream) from the lower part of the colon. In patients with colon abnormalities or in those who have had their colons removed, nutrients like vitamin B12 and iron are not naturally absorbed in the system. This requires various supplement administration in order to help maintain normal values.

In such individuals, there can be various manifestations of a deficient amount of these nutrients like radiating pain in various regions of the body, especially nerve pain, etc.

I thus recommend getting your nutrient levels checked (especially vitamin B12 and iron)

+Diabetes: Is the most common condition with such a presentation and so it will indefinitely have to be ruled out by conducting a blood glucose test

+Back and/or disc injuries or abnormalities: Your symptoms are consistent with conditions like a slip disc, herniated disc, etc; and so I would also suggest this be ruled out with the help of an MRI spine

I hope I have explained things in a manner best understood by you ma'am. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, or if I have failed to explain anything clearly enough, I would be more than happy to explain and help you further.

Best wishes.
