Question: 10 days back i took oil bath, next day i felt cold and my ears got blocked ( when i speak i get echo of my own words), and throat pain. i check with ENT doctor he has provided tablet and nose drop.
last week i used Navarathna oil and taken bath, in the evening i felt cold and fever. i used tablet for fever.
Kindly advice.

From your history it seems that you have allergy from the contents of the oil you are using and every time you use that, you get these symptoms.
Best way is to avoid using that oil if you have recently started using it. But if you were using the same oil for longer period without any symptoms, please get an ENT examination done to rule out any focus of infection the nose, throat or sinus region which persisted or incompletely got relieved with treatment.
In case you started with the oil use recently, stopping its use is advisable. also please use nasal decongestant drops and antihistaminic tablets along with steam inhalation. Also take antipyretic tablet (paracetamol) for a day or two. In case fever persists, you may need to start with an antibiotic which you can take in consultation with your ENT.
