What Causes Blood Blisters In Groin Area?
Question: I have 2 blood blisters & 2 clear mid thigh.....2 clear above them in groin area. None in area where they can or are iriritated . am 81 yrs,non-diabetic,polycythiemic vera,...mastectomy(rt. 2001 )...below left knee amputee..(same leg as blisters)

Hello, you have not mentioned since when you are having these blisters. It can be either a viral infection in skin like herpes or it can be a allergic reaction. I would recommend following things.
1. Avoid very tight clothing.
2. Do not rupture those blisters.
3. Start antibiotics like augmentin for prevention of infection.
4. Take antiallergic like atarax.
5. If blisters increases in size, then I would recommend you to show to a dermatologist.
