Hi there...
Thanks for writing in.....
Do you have any symptoms like burning urination, increased frequency of urination, nausea, vomiting, fever , back pain etc. If yes, more in favour of a urinary tract infection. Also, you have lower abdominal cramps. Are you sure the blood drops is from clitoris or is it while passing urine .
Please do get a urine routine and microscopy test done...If any signs of urinary tract infection in the urine routine , then get a urine culture and sensitivity test done .Please do visit a physician, because UTI would require treatment with antibiotics.
Do get back to me for further clarifications.

Aloha,
I have had dozens on dozens of urinary tract infections. If fact I have to take an antibiotic after every session of sexual intercourse. That being the fact, I am not buying the unitary tract infection. Additionally, I took a magnifying mirror and saw where I was wiping and where the droplets were coming from. The pain in my abdomen and not where I usually feel the pain of the urinary tract infection. My blood droplets are DEFINITELY coming from my clitoris!

Blood coming from the clitoral blood vessel is possible, but you would have to have sustained some minor injury there.
Another possibility is the blood came from your vagina and just got wiped up onto you clitoris, making it look like it originated there.
I would advise you to definitely visit a gynaecologist and have it checked out.
