What Causes Blood In Ejaculate During Non-penetrative Sexual Activity Post Urethroplasty?

Question: Hi, I just had a urethroplasty a week and a half ago for a stricture in my bulbar urethra. It was a buccal graft procedure. I have myself worried...my girlfriend and I were fooling around, and I accidentally ejaculated. There was no physical trauma to myself, as we were just making out (no physical stimulation), but I am worried. There was a little blood in my semen, just enough to make it a little pink. This was 2 days ago, and I notice a new soreness, but it might be how I slept on my side that night.

Could ejaculating alone cause damage to the urethra 10 days after surgery? I was curious if the force of it could cause damage.

Thanks in advance XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Ejaculation will not cause any damage .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone surgery of Buccal Mucosa Graft surgery of Urothroplasty for stricture of Bulbar Urethra 13 days ago and had ejaculated while having foreplay with your girl friend which caused slight hematospermia .

The hematospermia that you had is due to slight trivial injury at the site of anastomosis and there is nothing to be worried about it .

It takes 3 -4 weeks for complete union (Healing) of Buccal Mucosa with Urethral Mucus membrane to form a normal functioning urethral tube .

Refrain from any sexual activities at least for one month .

Ensure to take antibiotics and drink more water .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
