Brief Answer:
Seems to be Simple rhinitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having bloody mucus through nose.

As per your clinical details, it occurs to be due to simple rhinitis or hypertension.

Rhinitis could be due to common cold or infection.

I suggest you to do following measures for a couple of days.

1. Moniter BP.
2. Take nasal decongesent drops xylometazoline 3drops/3 trimes.
3. Anti allergic medication, tab. citrizine 10 mg at bed time.
4. Do steam inhalation twice daily for clearing of nose and sinus secretions.

In persistentence of symptoms, you need to see your primary physician or ent surgeon to rule out other causes.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
