Brief Answer:
hematospermia-most cases nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This usually represents blood in the semen- hematospermia

In the majority of cases, hematospermia is not a significant finding- it does not indicate the presence of any serious conditions in most cases though not all

Blood in the semen can be related to any structure that plays a role in the production or passage of semen- mainly seminal vesicles, prostate, urethra

Can be due to: (a) infections of any of these areas,
(b)trauma,
(c)prostatic cancer,
(d)cysts (sacs with fluid) or benign polyps of the urethra,
(e)cysts of the seminal vesicles,
(f)uncontrolled high blood pressure,
(g)liver disease, bleeding disorders

You can consider visiting your doctor for an assessment which would include examination, urine analysis and culture (same passage way), PSA (if none recently) and an ultrasound to take a look at the structures

Treatment would depend on the cause found
I hope this helps ,feel free to ask any other questions
