What Causes Blood In Stool During Pregnancy?

Question: hi doctor.
My wife who is 20 weeks pregnant.

she observed 5-6 drops blood while she was doing motion.
she applied little pressure today while doing that.

Please suggest home remedy and also syrup if it's required.
