Brief Answer:
Dark brown stool

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Brown or dark stool can be due to diet changes that may render the stool a darker color. Iron supplementation can also cause dark stool. Melena needs to be ruled out as it occurs in upper GI bleed. Stool routine exam plus ova and parasite should be done to rule out the presence of blood. PPIs like pantoprazole along with itopride can be used for the bloating that you described. Fluid intake should be increased and stool softeners can also be used for the constipation.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
