What Causes Blood In Stool?

Question: What could be possible causes of blood in stool? Stool is a greenish brown color and the blood spots are medium red in color. The stool looks like it has chicken pocks. (the red spots are evenly spaced throughout the entire stool) Been on mostly liquid diet. have

Blood in stool can be caused by large intestine tumor (polyp or cancer), infection of gastrointestinal tract, hemorrhoids, inflammatory bowels disease. At your age, colon cancer needs to be ruled out at first. Its because the risk of this cancer significantly rises over the age of 50.
You need to have colonoscopy done as soon as possible. Neither CT or ultrasound wont give an answer.

Could gallbladder issues cause the bloody spots in stool?? I have had pain on right side behind ribs and radiating toward back and up into shoulder. This pain has been mostly 4-5 on pain scale (8-10 at times) over the past 12 days. Increases when I introduce foods w/ any fat content.

No, gallbladder issues do not cause blood in stool. Your pain can be caused by gallbladder issues indeed. You have very characteristic symptoms of gallstones.
But blood in stool is caused by some other issue.
