Brief Answer:
You should be examined clinically.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Blood in the stool is due to many reasons like Fissure in ano, haemorrhoids, polyp etc.
It could be simple haemorrhoids.
But, it will be confirmed by digital examination of the Anal canal, Proctoscopic examination. If nothing is found in these, then Colonoscopy has to be done.
If the bleeding is minimal, you can wait till Sunday.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
