Question: i am having blood in stool Nd my esr is 20.?

Blood in the stool at the age of 20 could be due to Haemorrhoids or Fissure in ano.
If there is pain while passing stool, it could be Fissure in ano. If there is no pain, it could be haemorrhoids.
Sometimes, if the stool is hard,blood will come temporarily. It will come down spontaneously once the stool is soft.
Please drink plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat high fiber diet.
If there is bleeding inspite of soft stool, you should consult your Surgeon and get examined clinically.
ESR of 20 is non-specific. You can repeat the test after a month.

but the blood is not liquidy.... rather tomatoes are present and carrot also
